Problem
Toner levels across different printer brands and models were checked device by device. Supply stock, toner replacements, maintenance and vendor communication lived in separate processes, obscuring the overall operational picture.
Solution
I built Esvoryn Platform not as a level-reading screen, but as a modular system managing the complete printer and supply lifecycle. The dashboard summarizes critical status while teams act through stock, replacement, maintenance, reporting and notification modules.

Outcome and next steps
I transformed manual checks and scattered records into a traceable, role-based central product. The platform now supports decisions and actions from supply requests through reporting, rather than merely displaying printer levels. Next steps are broader vendor-specific OID coverage and predictive consumption analysis.
